Terms of Service | Heagney Detailing

These terms apply when you request a quote, book, or receive a service from Heagney Auto Detailing ("we", "us", "our"), a mobile car detailing business based in Norton, Massachusetts. By booking a service or using heagneyautodetailing.com, you agree to these terms.

OUR SERVICES

We provide mobile detailing at your home or workplace, including interior details, exterior wash and wax, full details, one-step paint correction, add-on services and a monthly membership. Results depend on the age and condition of the vehicle. We cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, odor, scratch or defect.

QUOTES AND PRICING

Prices are based on vehicle size and condition. Quoted and listed prices are estimates and may change after we inspect the vehicle. If an upcharge is needed, we will tell you before starting the job, and you may decline the service at that point at no charge.

TRAVEL FEE

A travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 minutes from Norton, MA. We will confirm any travel fee before your appointment.

SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged a $75 cancellation fee.

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

• We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as early as we can to find a new time.

PAYMENT

Payment is due when the service is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make the vehicle accessible at the agreed time and place, with enough room to work around it.

• Remove personal belongings, valuables and child car seats before we arrive.

• Tell us in advance about anything unusual, such as heavy staining, pet hair, mold, biohazards, aftermarket parts or existing damage.

• Confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to have it serviced.

VEHICLE CONDITION AND LIABILITY

We inspect the vehicle before starting and may take before and after photos for our records. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, chips, worn or failing paint and clear coat, loose trim, or worn interior materials, or for personal items left in the vehicle. If you believe our work caused a problem, tell us within 48 hours of the service so we can inspect it and make it right. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

PHOTOS

We may use before and after photos of vehicles in our gallery and on social media. We will not show license plates or identify you without your permission. Tell us if you would prefer we not use photos of your vehicle.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Membership pricing, what is included and how to cancel are provided when you sign up. These terms also apply to membership services.

TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)

By giving us your mobile number on a booking or request form, or by asking us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Heagney Auto Detailing about your service, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way notices, quotes and invoices. Marketing texts are sent only if you separately opt in.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WEBSITE USE

The content on heagneyautodetailing.com, including text, photos and our logo, belongs to Heagney Auto Detailing and may not be copied or reused without permission.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you book apply to that booking.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
